Title: DO NEUTRONS OSCILLATE?
Abstract:
Baryon number (B) violation is one of the key ingredients in understanding the origin of matter-antimatter asymmetry in the universe. A major process that embodies this violation is the possible oscillation of neutrons to anti-neutrons which changes B by two units. In my talk I will start with a brief history of how oscillations have provided key insight into the nature of fundamental forces in nature and discuss the history and present outlook for the process of neutron to antineutron transition both experimentally and theoretically.
